USAGE
- Industrial potassium pyrophosphate used in paint coatings, detergents, cleaners scum, oil drilling, textile-auxiliary substances, bestialita galvanized, surface treatment, water treatment, cleaning pottery clay, etc. In the textile industry it is used as a dispersant additive and a buffering agent to improve the quality of bleaching and dyeing removing the small quantity of iron ions from the water.
- Due to the property of formation of complexes, this substance can form stable complexes with Ca2+, Mg2+ ions in hard water. Therefore, it is widely used as industrial detergent. It can also protect iron, lead, zinc and other metals from corrosion.
